Resources for frontline health workers, supervisors and community drug distributors

Our projects in Uganda and Cote d’Ivoire work together with the Ministries of Health NTD programs to better support community drug distributors (CDDs) as they deliver medicines to endemic communities. Community drug distributors are important to the success of NTD elimination programs and our projects aim to sustain their motivation and improve their performance through feedback, supervision, information support and increased community engagement and accountability

Our team of experienced researchers has worked with national governments across sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia to understand bottlenecks and problems in the delivery of public health interventions. In each project, we strive to understand the context, the important underlying issues and identify feasible and acceptable solutions through timely research and dialogue with stakeholders, community and government.
